All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a third-party carrier to charge and deliver your order to you (Wine Care Logistics, and/or Golden State Overnight (GSO)). Wines may be sold only to a person who are at least 21 years of age. In placing your order, you agree to these terms and regulations, and you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. Adult Signature required upon delivery. Customer must make arrangements to have an adult present to sign upon delivery. Shipping to a business address is encouraged.

Our online Wine Shop uses SSL encryption to make sure that your credit card data remains completely safe. We will never give or sell any names or other information entered on our site to any other person or business, unless credit card is solely being used for shipping.
