Fermented primarily in stainless steel with a portion in acacia and French oak barrels, the 2021 Maxville Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, fruity, and lightly herbaceous wine featuring notes of tropical fruits like mango and guava, citrus such as orange and lime, and stone fruits, including peach and apricot. 

The 2021 Maxville Estate Malbec’s nose is floral, earthy, and fruity. This wine invites you in with both aromas and flavors of cherry, cassis, blackberry, vanilla, and a mix of baking spices. It has a lush and dense palate with balanced acidity and tannins that linger.
